Welcome to ProPlum Network. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ProPlum Network's websites, directory, AI phone services, SMS messaging, and related offerings (the "Services"). ProPlum Network operates under the brand names ProPlum Network, Lever AI, and Answers AI. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
ProPlum Network provides: (a) a directory of plumbing and home-service contractors; (b) AI-powered phone answering and lead-routing services; (c) SMS-based information and marketing programs; (d) search-visibility (AI/SEO) services for contractors; and (e) related content and tools, including revenue calculators and market reports.
Some calls to our network are answered by an AI voice assistant ("Sam"). At the start of such calls, you will hear a disclosure that the call is being handled and recorded by an AI system. By continuing the call after that disclosure, you:
Calls involving estimates, pricing, or booking may be reviewed by a human before any commitment is finalized. Emergency dispatch decisions remain subject to human judgment.
By texting a keyword (such as FREE, CALC, DEMO, or QUOTE) to our numbers, checking an opt-in box on our forms, or providing your mobile number with consent on a recorded call, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated and manually sent SMS messages from ProPlum Network, including:
SMS Terms: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time (you will receive one confirmation message). Reply HELP for help or call 877-775-0851. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase. Your mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Directory listings are compiled from public records, licensing boards, and web research. A listing is not an endorsement, and "verified" indicates license/contact verification, not a quality guarantee. Contractors may claim or correct their listing by calling 877-775-0851. We may remove listings at our discretion.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including scraping at disruptive volume, submitting false leads, misrepresenting identity, or using the directory to harass listed businesses.
All content, code, data compilations, and branding on our sites are the property of ProPlum Network or its licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
The Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee lead volume, search rankings, revenue outcomes, or that any listed contractor will accept your job. AI-generated responses are sourced from contractor-provided documents but may occasionally be incomplete; always confirm pricing and scope directly with the contractor.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProPlum Network's total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or emergency-service delays.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProPlum Network from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or your dealings with any listed contractor.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at this URL; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
